A Day in the Life
Are you ready to help drive scalable, strategic platform initiatives for the global leader in medical technology? As a core member of the Manufacturing Technology Platforms team within Operations Innovation, you will take ownership of the critical business processes that enable our engineers to focus on engineering. In this role, you will lead and continuously improve business functions such as purchasing, contracts, information management, budgeting tools, and project tracking. Leveraging your strong project management skills, you will identify and implement business process improvements that streamline operations and drive efficiency. Each initiative you manage will directly contribute to achieving our 5-year strategic goals and creating ongoing value for the organization. Most importantly, your work will strengthen Medtronic's ability to deliver life-saving products and support groundbreaking new product innovationadvancing our Mission to Alleviate Pain, Restore Health, and Extend Life. Must Haves
Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of experience managing large scale projects and programs OR Master's Degree and 5+ years of experience OR PhD and 3+ years of experience

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD) : $143,200.00 - $214,800.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification / education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week : Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance / reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
