Indirect Lending Servicing Supervisor

In order to continually provide our members with the highest level of service, Affinity FCU is seeking an Indirect (Auto) Lending Servicing supervisor  to join our team of professionals  on our Consumer Lending team.

The Indirect Lending Servicing Supervisor supports the Indirect Lending Manager in management and operation of the Indirect Lending department’s member service functions. This role serves as a key point of contact for partners and borrowers, providing exceptional member service and dispute resolution while ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulations.   This is a hybrid position, with some onsite work required at our corporate headquarters in Basking Ridge, NJ.

The starting salary range for a new hire in this role is $75-80k. The wage / salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several qualifying factors, including but not limited to : years of relevant experience, years of industry experience, education, etc.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure daily tasks are managed and that indirect loan products are serviced in accordance with Affinity’s policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Ensure phone hotlines, Salesforce cases, and email inbox are monitored, issues are addressed, and all daily operations are completed accurately and timely.
• Resolves more complex problems and assists servicing specialists with problem identification and resolution.
• Ensure the onboarding, training and development of new or less experienced team members.
• Coaches and develop each employee to their highest potential by identifying areas for improvement, appropriate coaching and / or training for improved employee performance.
• Research and responds to escalated member concerns regarding lease accounts.
• Manage the indirect servicing specialists while driving sales growth through strong relationship management with indirect members and dealer partners.
• Acts as a point of contact for leasing company partner.
• Partners with Accounting to ensure timely completion of monthly reconciliations for all indirect products.
• Prepares written annual performance appraisals and conducts formal appraisal.
• Performs credit investigations when necessary and works with various departments to determine validity credit disputes and corrections.
• Supports management :

Provides ongoing feedback to the Manager regarding job performance and assists with the Indirect servicing team’s development.
