We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for Tenant Fit out. Client is the State of NY Office of General Services (OGS).

Recently, Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients. LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Metro Park, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Act as EIC for the project, performing inspections, documenting inspections, running biweekly and pre-evolution meetings.
• Act as a liaison between design, construction, the client and regulating authorities.
• Keep accurate project record documents and ensure that the contractors remain on schedule and within the budget.
• Follow all procedures to ensure that the contract is completed in accordance with the contract, laws and regulations.
