Director of Procurement

A company is looking for a Director of Procurement, SEF Global Sourcing Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead strategic sourcing efforts for Fasteners categories across the SEF enterprise

Create and manage strategic supplier partnerships to meet performance expectations and productivity targets

Benchmark cost structures against industry models and stay updated on market trends to guide category strategy

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Engineering degree preferred, with Business, Finance, or Supply Chain also acceptable

MBA in Business Administration highly desirable

Minimum of 8 years of strategic sourcing experience, with 4 years in battery and battery cell technology

Experience in multicultural negotiations and supplier management activities required

Experience in leading complex supply management solution projects required
