Job Description : Key Accountabilities Include
Create and manage an improved network design (carrier / service mix) in order to ensure SEKO's profitable and scalable fulfillment center growth
Implement and manage carrier performance tracking, including creation of a "Control Tower" view of overall carrier performance
Implement and manage a volume forecasting and trend reporting system that takes the outputs of carrier performance, analyzes, and allows for volume forecasting and trend reporting that will help to drive network design
Conduct and execute continuous improvement for the XP Final Mile program, incorporating the addition of new carriers, service levels, and network optimization
Drive carrier diversification and increase profitability with our integrators
Enhance and foster SEKO's strong relationships with postal consolidators through a proactive strategy and competitive commercial pricing
Participate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace. Comply with instructions given for their own safety and health and that of others, in adhering to safe work procedures. Co-operate with management in its fulfilment of its legislative obligations

Requirements
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex data reports.
Familiar with statistical analysis techniques and management tools.
Proven effective experience in a matrix environment.
Strong Organizational skills (able to remain organized and effective while traveling or on assignments).
Effective engagement and relationship skills to influence and execute activities that drive operational improvement.
PC literate. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific applications.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate both upwards to senior executives and downward to the lowest level of the shop floor
Education & Experience
Minimum
Bachelor's degree in supply chain or a related field
5 years in parcel, supply chain, distribution, and / or logistics
3 years' experience in parcel procurement, contract negotiations, and P&L management
Preferred
Prior experience scaling a high-growth parcel program
