About the Role
Are you an experienced Construction Superintendent with a strong background in municipal and industrial projects? Were looking for a hands-on leader to oversee field operations and ensure project success across safety, schedule, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead project mobilization, site logistics, and safety protocols (SWPPP, erosion & dust control, signage, fencing).
- Oversee daily coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and deliveries.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and update schedules (Master & 3-week look-ahead).
- Track project milestones, subcontractor performance, and permitting / inspection requirements.
- Drive site safety : conduct pre-installation meetings, weekly safety meetings, and enforce company safety policies.
- Ensure quality control through drawing reviews, constructability reviews, site walks, pre-punch & final punch processes.
- Manage onsite documentation, reports, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Foster a positive, accountable team culturementor, motivate, and supervise onsite staff.
- Support client relations, issue resolution, and change management.
- Assist in proposal development, project interviews, and post-construction closeout.
