Job Title : SAP ISU Customer Service Consultant
Location : Remote (EST)
Duration : 6-12 Months
Job Description : Responsibilities :
- Lead or support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP ISU Customer Service (CS) module.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Configure SAP ISU-CS for business processes including :
- Move-in / Move-out
- Contract Management
- Business Master Data (BP, Contract Account, Contract)
- Interaction Records
- Notifications and Case Management
- Integrate with related modules like Device Management, Billing & Invoicing, FICA, CRM, and AMI systems.
- Support end-user testing, training, and documentation.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving production issues in the CS module.
Required Skills :
5+ years of experience with SAP ISU, specifically in the Customer Service (CS) module.Strong understanding of SAP Utilities business processes.Hands-on configuration experience in areas like Move-In / Out, Premise, Connection Object, Contracts, Notifications.Experience with master data management in ISU (BP, CA, etc.).Knowledge of integration with other ISU modules : Device Management, Billing, FICA.Experience in working with SAP CRM or SAP S / 4HANA is a plus.Familiarity with SAP Interaction Center or Contact Center is desirable.
