Compensation : $95,000 – $115,000 / year

Job Description :
We’re looking for a front-end developer with some backend knowledge to own our marketing stack, manage the website, implement integrations, and design high-converting landing pages and funnels using low-code platforms with the ability to extend functionality through front-end and back-end development when required.
From AI tools to automation platforms, you’ll be at the center of transforming marketing into a scalable, sales-focused growth engine.
What You’ll Do
- Own and optimize the MarTech stack (website, analytics, integrations, automation platforms).
- Build and optimize landing pages and sales funnels using low-code platforms such as Webflow, Unbounce, Instapage, HubSpot, or ClickFunnels.
- Apply front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (APIs, SQL, Python / JavaScript scripting) skills when customizations or integrations are needed.
- Conduct A / B and multivariate testing on landing pages and funnels to maximize lead capture and increase sales conversions.
- Design and implement end-to-end automations across marketing channels using platforms such as Zapier, n8n, or Make.
- Evaluate and adopt AI-powered tools for personalization, lead scoring, chatbots, and workflow optimization.
- Configure and manage API integrations across platforms (CRM, analytics, website, ad platforms).
- Use Google Analytics (GA4), Power BI, and Looker to track outcomes and inform optimization.
- Manage vendors and contractors for website projects, advanced integrations, or scaling campaign execution.
- Collaborate with IT / Development on system-level enhancements.

5+ years in MarTech, automation, and integrations.Proven experience creating landing pages and funnels using Webflow, Unbounce, Instapage, HubSpot, ClickFunnels, or similar platforms.Knowledge of conversion optimization, testing, and funnel best practices.Hands-on front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end knowledge (APIs, SQL, Python / JavaScript).Proficiency with automation / integration tools : Zapier, n8n, Make, or MuleSoft.Strong working knowledge of analytics platforms : Google Analytics (GA4), Looker, Power BI.Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools (personalization engines, predictive analytics, chatbots, etc.).Experience managing vendors, agencies, and contractors.A strategic, can-do mindset, with the ability to scale quickly and profitably.What’s In It For You
