Hillside Rehab and Healthcare Center is interested in hiring an ADON- Assistant Director Of Nursing  for our skilled nursing facility. Someone capable, who works in conjunction with the Director of Nursing Services in managing Nursing Services.  Someone with organizational skills, goal oriented and energized to strive for excellence in our facilities.

You’ll do great as our Assistant Director of Nursing due to your :

  • In-depth knowledge of hospital procedures and KPI / KQIs of patient care
  • Great knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in healthcare
  • Excellent ability to lead and develop personnel
  • Great communication and people skills
  • Associate (Preferred)
  • Supervising experience : 1 year (Preferred)
  • BLS Certification (Preferred)

    • ADON-Essential Function :

  • Primary responsibility for supervising areas of Nursing Services including.
  • Staff performance.
  • Quality assurance activities.
  • Timeliness of MDS data entry and submission.
  • Nursing staffing practices and payroll preparation.
  • Resident accident / incident reporting and resident abuse investigations.
  • In the absence of the Director of Nursing Services, the Assistant Director of Nursing Services, manages Nursing Services.
