LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Cave Junction, Oregon.

Outpatient Experience is preferred.

Will accept New Grads? NO

Will accept First Time Travelers? NO

Float to other clinics : YES

Patient Population : Typical OP

36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.

OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.

Productivity expectation is 60 visits / week; Will see 12-14 patients / day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected.
