Shift : 630a-3p 5x8s

Start Date : ASAP

Ratios : 1 : 1 in procedure room 1 : 3-4 in prep / hold

Years of Experience REQ : 2

First-timers Accepted : - yes but travel is preferred

Weekend REQ : on call rotation usually every 3rd or 4th

Certs REQ : BLS ACLS

Is on-call REQ? 1-2 nights must stay within 30 mins of facility while on call

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? no

Open to accommodating block schedule? No

Locals accepted : 65-mile radius

KY / Compact license BLS ACLS BF : AS
