job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDemonstrable experience as a story producer and editor on a high-profile podcast Experience on a show with a proven audience and strong download / engagement metrics High-energy editorial experience with dynamic and compelling narrative arcs; ability to create attention-grabbing intros 5–10 years of editing video content for high-profile podcasts or YouTube channels Strong understanding of editing for YouTube and other social platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels) Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Adobe Premiere Pro Ability to think outside the box, learn quickly, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively Experience receiving footage with minimal direction and delivering highly engaging stories Proven ability to produce high-quality work on tight deadlines The Editor reports directly to the Post Production Manager Work remotely from home or a personal office; time-tracking software utilized Typical schedule is Monday–Friday with some long hours, including nights and weekends

Our short, motivational videos focus on life, business, and relationships and reach a global audience across platforms.
We’re looking for an exceptionally skilled Video Podcast Trailer and Clip Editor to transform long-form conversations into engaging, viral, short cinematic content. The ideal candidate has strong experience editing for high-profile video podcasts and understands how to craft compelling narratives, build emotion, and increase the entertainment value of each episode with minimal direction.
Responsibilities
- Editing video podcast trailers to create visually compelling hooks and engaging intros for social media and podcast platforms
- Creating viral social clips from podcast video to drive consumption of the long-form podcast
- Crafting engaging narratives, building emotional arcs, and delivering impactful messages from long-form conversations
- Integrating motion graphics, b‑roll, sound design, and other visual elements to enhance storytelling
