Independent Living Direct Support Professional

MV Advancements is hiring an Independent Living Direct Support Professional in McMinnville, OR for a swing shift partial weekend position. As an Independent Living Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll start at, $21.00, with a 15% shift differential. We also offer a $500 sign-on bonus $250 at the time of hire and $250 after your first six months. All hours worked between 10 : 00 PM and 6 : 00 AM and any hours worked on Saturday or Sunday earn a shift differential of 15% of your hourly rate! At $21.00, your shift differential would be $3.15 per hour, for a total hourly rate of $24.15!

What do Independent Living Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) do?

As a Direct Support Professional for MVAs Supported Living Program, you will empower adults with disabilities to live their best lives. A day as a DSP can look varied, from grocery shopping, and paying bills, to helping someone get in / out of a shower. We work hard to make sure our clients can continue to live in their own homes as independently as possible.
