Certifications : BLS, CNOR preferred Requested Skill Set : forward thinking, proactively plan for potential issues before they arise, teamwork a must Must have : teamwork, scrub or circulate procedures, room set up, room turn over, obtaining disposables and instrument sets as needed / indicated. Advanced skills needed : sterile technique, central line set up, art line set up. Belmont set up and operation, cell saver set up. Unit Specifics : Number of Beds : 2 Patient Ratios : 1 : 1 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Board runner, charge nurse, service line coordinators, ancillary assistance for room turn overs Type of equipment : Belmont, ESU, positioning equipment Documentation system : Meditech Expanse Procedures performed on unit : open heart procedures, CABG s, MVR, TVR, AVR, Vats, vascular procedures Dress Code : (Required uniform) Scrubs provided.
