Who We Are : At Mercy St. Louis, our Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is a place of healing, innovation, and heart. With an average daily census of 88 babies, we care for a wide range of neonatal conditions in both premature and full-term infants.Our 16-week Nurse Residency Fellowship is designed to support new graduate RNs as they transition into professional practice. You'll receive specialized, unit-specific training in a collaborative, family-centered environment where your growth and confidence are our priority.
