Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a Med / Surg RN with at least one year of recent experience for a day shift assignment with a 50-mile radius rule.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in a Med / Surg unit on hospital floor 3
  • Day shifts from 06 : 00 to 18 : 00
  • 13-week assignment length
  • No local travelers accepted within a 50-mile radius
  • Requests for time off (RTO) must be less than one week
  • Returning employees must meet eligibility criteria as outlined
  • Holiday coverage or additional schedule requirements may apply as determined by the unit

    • \n \n Requirements\n

  • Active RN license required
  • Minimum of 1 year recent Med / Surg experience
  • Valid driver’s license is required
  • US Social Security Number required; Canadian SIN not accepted
  • No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of assignment
  • Candidates must not have 90-day or greater employment gaps within the past 12 months
  • Travelers who have worked as perm staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years are not eligible
