Apple is seeking a WW Executive Briefing Center Program Leader. In this role, you will lead Apple's Executive Briefing Center (EBC) Program as the worldwide program owner ensuring seamless operations, strategic alignment, and a world class experience. You will help shape and elevate our vision for the program across three key areas content, curation and experience.

Description

In this role, you will :

• Manage the day-to-day worldwide EBC program, ensuring excellence and consistent delivery while fostering innovation
• Elevate every dimension of our program, transforming content delivery and how we engage customers and partners
• Ensure briefings are curated with deep industry insights and account knowledge demonstrating platform advantages, ecosystem strengths and business value
• Partner with Business and Education Marketing to develop compelling, industry-aligned content that aligns with sales strategies and market dynamics
• Invest in relationships strengthening our speaker bureau, securing executive sponsors and win-win results
• Architect unique and memorable experiences for customers and partners, leveraging talent across the greater Apple business
• Continuously improve how technology such as AI and Spatial can be used to amplify the program
• Engage with stakeholders both internally and externally, to understand opportunities for improvement and influence strategic priorities
• Monitor and communicate program impact through data-driven analysis and compelling storytelling
• Collaborate with Facilities, IT, Security, and Operations to maintain world-class briefing environment
• Lead a high-performing team focused on cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, deep collaboration, internal partnerships and experiential excellence
• Develop technical expertise and business acumen in briefing center technologies as well as core content delivery and messaging

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $216,000 and $324,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including : Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses including tuition. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation.
