Commercal Litigation Attorney

My client is a premier trial law firm based in Orange County seeking a seasoned and skilled Senior Associate to join their litigation team. Each attorney at this firm is a highly experienced litigator with specialized expertise in complex business litigation, catastrophic personal injury, insurance litigation, employment law, professional liability, real estate litigation, and transactional / corporate law. With almost 200 years of combined litigation experience, they represent a diverse clientele, from Fortune 500 companies to individuals, with a relentless focus on winning.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

Assist in case preparation for trials, mediations, and arbitrations

Participate in depositions, hearings, and client meetings

Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies

Review and analyze complex legal documents and contracts

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Active membership in the California State Bar

5-15 years of commercial / business litigation experience

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work
