About the role

We’re looking for a results-driven Kitchen Design & Sales Specialist to guide homeowners, contractors, and designers from concept to installed cabinetry. You’ll own the client relationship start to finish—discover needs, design in 2020 Design Flex or other design software , present proposals, and close sales—while coordinating with operations and installation teams.

What you’ll do

  • Lead showroom and inbound consultations; qualify prospects and build proposals.
  • Create space plans, elevations, and renderings in 2020 Design Flex Or other kitchen design software ; iterate based on feedback.
  • Prepare accurate quotes, specs, and order packets; manage change orders.
  • Measure job sites and verify field conditions; coordinate with installers and vendors.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline in CRM
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience from first meeting through punch list.
  • Prospect and generate Leads as needed
  • Meet Sales targets and quotas

What you’ll bring

  • Required : Working knowledge of 2020 Design Flex or other design software (portfolio or samples preferred).
  • Required : Previous cabinet sales experience with a proven record of closing.
  • Strong grasp of cabinet lines, construction types, finishes, and hardware.
  • Ability to read floor plans, take measurements, and catch spec conflicts.
  • Clear communicator with consultative selling skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working full-time on site; reliable transportation for site visits.
