This position leads a center of excellence for proposal development and production. We are looking for a team member to help win new business by applying their strong leadership, strategic development, and proposal management skills. This management role will lead the local Marketing Services team that provides coordination, editing, writing, formatting, graphics, desktop publishing, presentations, production, and systems services to support the sales and marketing, functional, and corporate requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a proposal and marketing manager to work with an established team while providing their own unique perspective to help us grow.

You will find success in your ability to :

• Plan, organize, and coordinate the development process of proposals, qualifications, client presentations, internal publications, and multimedia marketing collateral
• Manage resources, operations, and daily activities of the office's Marketing Services team
• Display initiative, direct, and motivate staff consisting of graphic designers, marketing and proposal coordinators, and desktop publishers
• Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines
• Interface effectively with internal customers to handle requests for marketing collateral
• Work directly with the sales and proposal teams to develop and produce proposals and presentations that fully reflect the client requirements and Fluor's value proposition
• Assist to determine the scope of work, develop compliance checklists, set a production schedule, coordinate level of services and resources, and track any special client requirements
• Facilitate highly creative graphic design for production of sales and marketing materials
• Conceptualize, develop, and coordinate sales and marketing collateral including brochures, advertisements, tradeshow materials, and websites
• Facilitate (or oversee facilitation of) proposal strategy sessions, kickoff meetings, reviews, and planning meetings
• Coordinate marketing activities among corporate headquarters, business lines, Marketing Services offices, and other functional groups
• Ensure adherence to the corporate brand and quality standards
• Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
• Adhere to and support Fluor's health, safety & environmental and sustainability policies
