A company is looking for a Client Services Benefit Specialist "Champion" to provide exceptional service to clients remotely across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure positive client experiences through high-quality service and communication
Respond to client inquiries and manage client deliverables using company planning tools
Function as the primary point of communication for Carrier partners and manage ongoing file updates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in employee benefits and / or benefits administration
Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
Experience with benefit administration systems or Human Capital Management platforms (HCM)
Familiarity with carrier files or EDI is preferred
