A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a cytology lab is required. The candidate must be proficient in screening gynecologic and non-gynecologic specimens. This position may involve rotating shifts, weekend / holiday coverage, and potential cross-training . Compliance and onboarding typically take 4–6 weeks . A voice screening and hiring manager interview are required. Missed shifts must be made up per department guidelines.
