[Facility Name] is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help residents regain strength, mobility, and functional independence. Responsibilities

Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist

Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional activities to patients

Monitor patients’ responses and progress during treatment sessions

Communicate patient status and changes to the supervising Physical Therapist

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of treatments in compliance with facility and regulatory standards

Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques to continue progress outside of therapy sessions

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity and quality of care

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment area

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Current and valid California Physical Therapist Assistant license (required)

CPR certification (must be current)

Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred, but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to patient-centered care and rehabilitation goals
