What You'll Be Doing :
Own the management, security, and performance of all IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, firewalls, and virtual environments.
Oversee ERP system operations and modules, ensuring accuracy, uptime, and ongoing user support.
Lead the implementation of cybersecurity best practices and risk mitigation strategies across the organization.
Provide hands-on technical support and training to internal users to maintain productivity across all departments.
Direct all IT projects, from infrastructure refreshes to software rollouts, ensuring timely and successful execution.
Serve as the primary liaison for IT vendors and consultants while managing procurement and IT budgets.
Support CAD / CAM systems and ensure their seamless integration with production and engineering functions.
Monitor compliance with IT standards and industry regulations to maintain operational integrity.
What You Bring :
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years in IT management or senior IT support, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong background in ERP systems (Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, etc.).
Proficiency in managing Windows Server environments, Active Directory, networking, and Group Policy.
Skilled in virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Experience developing and enforcing cybersecurity policies and procedures.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
Bonus Qualifications :
Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft MCP.
Familiarity with CAD / CAM system support and shop floor system integration.
Experience with ICS / OT systems in a manufacturing setting.
Demonstrated success managing complex IT projects from end to end.
