Assistant Shop Coordinator

We're seeking an Assistant Shop Coordinator to support our shop operations and help keep things running smoothly.

This hands on role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with equipment, staying organized, and being a part of a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the Shop Coordinator with day to day operations and tasks.

Check equipment in and out using established checklists to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Load and unload equipment, attachments, and parts safely and efficiently.

Clean and detail all outgoing equipment to meet presentation standards.

Organize and stage equipment, attachments, and large parts for shop work or transport.

Prepare and stage demo equipment for the Sales Department as needed.

Palletize large parts for storage or shipment.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard and dock areas.

Perform short trips to retrieve parts, tools, or equipment from local vendors or job sites.

REQUIREMENTS Prior experience in a shop, warehouse, or equipment handling environment preferred.

Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment (certification a plus or we’ll train you).

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow checklists and instructions accurately.

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Capable of lifting and moving heavy items (50+ lbs) as required.

Basic mechanical aptitude or familiarity with equipment and attachments is a plus.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for occasional local pickups / deliveries.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
