Junior Wafel Baker - Amazing Team member / Shift Leader

Compensation package :

  • Effective rate to between $20 / hr -$25 / hr (incl. base rate + really great tips)
  • Base rate $16.60 / hr (team members) - $17.60 hourly rate  (team leaders)
  • Total HIRING BONUS $750 ($250 after 3 months, and another $500 after 6 months)
  • Opportunity to grow and travel to other states, including NYC.
  • Direct access to founders of this family business - you’re not just a number!
  • 2 weeks of paid vacation accumulated starting day 1
  • Ability to grow through with months to the “Assistant Manager Position”

We are looking for :

  • Junior & Aspiring Food Service or Hospitality professionals.
  • Responsible team members, movers & shakers who can carry a busy shift and who aspire to grow in the restaurant .
  • You will love this job, because our business is about making people happy!

    • This job is right for you, if you :

  • Have some experience in sales / customer service / hospitality, ideally at a restaurant or quick-serve establishment
  • Have an outgoing personality and love to talk and sell
  • Don't mind to stand for several hours a day and keep your smile going
  • Function well in high-pace environments
  • You're able to set high standards for yourself and inspire your team members to follow the same high standards.  Most importantly, you pride yourself on your integrity.
