Overview

Engineering Project Manager (part-time) – Asheville, North Carolina. Requisition Number : 2025-1410-06. S&ME is seeking a motivated and passionate part-time Engineering Project Manager to join our Construction Services team in Asheville. Are you a geotechnical or construction materials professional ready to contribute your education and knowledge to meaningful projects?

As a Project Manager leading multi-disciplined project teams, you will utilize your technical expertise and leadership skills, foster team collaboration, build strong client relationships, and create a positive project environment. You will also contribute to business growth by developing proposals and supporting strategic client development efforts.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering or a similar engineering field
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction materials testing / inspecting soil, concrete, masonry, and / or asphalt
• Basic math and communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing) using the English language
