Hands-on experience managing distributed teams using tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Proficient in writing detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria. Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience. Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with lending or credit products. Proven track record of improving conversion rates and optimizing top-of-funnel experiences across web and mobile platforms. Background in developing and iterating digital products from concept to launch. Strong influencing and prioritization skills within matrixed organizations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially when engaging senior leadership.

A leading financial services organization is seeking a Lead Product Manager to spearhead the evolution of a portfolio of modern lending capabilities. This high-impact role is focused on driving the growth and modernization of the company's core lending business through the development and execution of a strategic product roadmap. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and possess a passion for leveraging technology to enhance customer experiences.
The Lead Product Manager will own the vision, strategy, and delivery of initiatives aimed at scaling a best-in-class lending platform. This includes driving measurable business outcomes such as revenue growth, operational efficiency, and system modernization. This individual will work closely with engineering, business leaders, and stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment on objectives and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain a clear, actionable product roadmap that supports business goals across lending, pricing, and credit technologies.
- Lead end-to-end product development, including writing epics and user stories, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature releases.
- Establish and track OKRs to ensure measurable progress and alignment with company-wide strategy.
- Collaborate closely with engineering leadership to execute on delivery, mitigate risks, and maintain a consistent release cadence.
- Communicate product performance, insights, and updates to executive stakeholders through KPIs and data-driven recommendations.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within a high-performing product organization.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform product decisions and enhance customer value.
- Advocate for the voice of the customer in all product decisions.
