Customize existing systems and software based on feedback and evolving requirements. Work with development teams to improve system design, integration, and functionality. Implement and enforce security protocols to protect data and systems from unauthorized access, attacks, or breaches. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, including data protection and privacy laws. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments. Create and maintain clear and detailed documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures. Provide regular reports to management regarding system performance, project status, and any issues requiring attention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT support, development, and operations, to ensure systems are well-managed. Provide training to staff on system use, maintenance, and best practices. Act as a point of contact for system-related inquiries and troubleshooting. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in system management and development. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency, security, and scalability.
