We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join a team and provide essential support to daily operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth communication, efficient administrative processes, and exceptional internal and external service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.

Perform data entry, maintain records, and update company databases with accuracy and efficiency.

Assist with document preparation, filing (electronic and hard copy), and organization of department files.

Greet and assist visitors, answer incoming calls, and route inquiries to the appropriate departments.

Support accounting or HR functions such as invoice tracking, expense reporting, or onboarding documentation.

Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and company events as needed.

Maintain office supplies and assist in maintaining an organized and professional workspace.

Qualifications

1–3 years of administrative or office support experience preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Self-motivated and adaptable with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Pay Details : $40,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
