This role is ideal for a motivated attorney who is passionate about client advocacy, interested in both litigation and casework, and eager to grow within a supportive team environment.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Work directly with clients from all walks of life on a wide range of immigration matters.
• Represent individuals in immigration court hearings, appeals, and removal defense.
• Prepare petitions, visas, and green card applications; guide clients through naturalization.
• Collaborate with employers, families, and individuals on complex immigration cases.
• Litigate before the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), including oral arguments, brief writing, and trials.
• Partner with senior attorneys and staff to mentor, collaborate, and deliver outstanding client results.
• Qualifications :
• Juris Doctor (JD) and active Bar admission in any U.S. state (required).
• 1+ year of immigration law experience
• (courtroom or casework).
• Strong written and verbal advocacy skills.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
