Overview
Coordinate activities focused on enhancing the quality of products and processes in Revlon. This role involves analyzing KPIs, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to ensure continuous quality enhancement.
Responsibilities
Facilitate quality improvement projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
Apply methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM) to enhance quality processes.
Create and maintain documentation to support quality improvements and ensure consistency.
Educate employees on quality improvement initiatives and new quality control processes.
Track and report on key quality metrics to senior management.
Keep abreast of the latest trends and practices in quality management and continuous improvement.

Keen eye for detail in evaluating and improving quality processes.
Ability to work effectively with various departments and teams.
Takes initiative in identifying and addressing quality issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
3 to 5 years in quality engineering, continuous improvement, or a similar role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Proficiency in quality management systems and tools such as Lean and Six Sigma.
The base pay range for this position in Edison, NJ is $80k - $105k. The base pay range for this position in Oxford, NC is $70k - $95k. Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.

Employees are covered by the company-paid basic life insurance policy and company-paid short-term disability insurance (the benefit commences upon hire and allows for a portion of base salary for up to 26 weeks if you are disabled). Employees will also receive 3 weeks of vacation, pro-rated based on date of hire for the 1st year of employment and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Vacation will depend on role.
