Role Overview :

Insight Global is hiring a 6-month Pharmacy Benefits Specialist to support a closed-door pharmacy with locations in Robinson, PA and Boise, ID. This role is focused on processing pharmacy claims, triaging rejected claims, verifying benefits, and communicating with insurance providers to identify coverage options and potential cost savings.

Schedule :

Monday to Friday
Rotating Saturday shifts required

Key Responsibilities :

Process pharmacy claims and triage rejected claims

Verify patient benefits and resolve claim denials

Communicate with insurance companies regarding coverage and cost-saving opportunities

Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications :

Minimum 1 year of pharmacy benefits experience

Minimum 1 year of insurance-related experience

Strong multitasking and communication skills

Ability to work onsite in Robinson, PA or Boise, ID

Compensation :

$20$22 / hour. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and education.
