Michelin starred Kasama is currently seeking a PM production pastry cook. Hours are approximately Wednesday-Sunday 2pm-10pm Must be willing to learn and work well with others while being self motivated. Responsibilities include learning to prep all pastry components, planning ahead for orders, and breaking down your station. Must be able to keep track of your own inventory and prep list. Good communication skills, positive attitude, attention to detail are a must. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Experience in large scale production is preferred.
