Remote Senior Accountant

A company is looking for a Remote Senior Accountant to join their Implementation Team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full cycle accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger

Assist with the onboarding process by ensuring timely client deliverables and performing daily bank reconciliations

Document and prepare financial reports while supporting the Implementation Division's client-related goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

2-3 years of experience with QuickBooks

Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses in the $5M to $50M market

Proficient in Excel, including Vlookups, Sumifs, and Pivot Tables

Ability to evaluate and implement new solutions for efficiency

Strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork skills
