A well-respected construction organization is modernizing its core workforce and payroll capabilities through a multi-phase enterprise transformation. As part of the program, we’re seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the implementation and integration of :

  • Pacific Timesheets (Time Entry)
  • UKG (Payroll Processing)
  • Points North (Union Reporting)

    • These platforms will integrate with the current ERP (Vista) and transition into Microsoft Dynamics 365 beginning in 2027.

    This role is the single point of accountability for delivering these interconnected solutions. You’ll coordinate across HRIS, Finance, BI, and Testing workstreams, manage vendor performance, and ensure scope, schedule, and business readiness are met. You’ll also partner with PMO and change leaders to strengthen governance and build scalable operating structures.

    What You’ll Lead :

  • End-to-end delivery of time, payroll, and union reporting tools
  • Cross-functional team leadership and vendor coordination
  • Data migration oversight across Vista, UKG, and downstream systems
  • Testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and defect triage
  • Change management and stakeholder engagement
  • Executive-level reporting and governance

    • What You Bring :

  • 3+ years of proven experience leading, full-cycle workforce or payroll-related system implementations (UKG, time entry, union reporting, or ERP payroll). Required
  • Experience in large, multi-workstream transformation programs Required
  • Strong RAID, planning, and integration oversight skills Required
  • Calm under pressure with payroll / time cutover experience Required
  • Familiarity with Vista ERP or similar platforms Required
  • PMP or Prosci certification Preferred
