Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee multiple branch locations. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, managing personnel, and driving performance across dispatch, customer service, and delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple branches within the assigned region.
• Manage and support branch-level staff including dispatchers, customer service representatives (CSRs), and other team members.
• Coordinate and dispatch work to independent contract drivers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Monitor branch performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and service expectations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align regional goals with company objectives.
• Conduct regular site visits, audits, and team meetings to maintain high standards of performance and morale.
