Customer is looking for an entry level candidates to join their POS Service Desk team.
This positions will serve as the first point of contact for all POS users in all Sally's retail stores.
Daily, this position will be 100% phone / remote access support to all retail stores.
Candidates will be providing assistance regarding technical policies, POS software / hardware issues, as well as telephone support.
