MID-HUMINT TARGETING OFFICER

Location : Washington, D.C. | Type : Full-Time | Clearance : TS / SCI – CI Poly Preferred

Overview

DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a Mid-Level HUMINT Targeting Officer to support a government client. In this role, you will conduct detailed analysis, identify targets, and leverage multi-INT resources to support HUMINT collection operations. You will also produce Targeting Packages and utilize intelligence databases such as TAC and Palantir to drive mission success. U.S. citizenship is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide detailed all-source HUMINT targeting support against hard target topics, ensuring analytical and targeting efforts are aligned with valid HUMINT requirements.
• Focus analytical efforts to identify, assist, or enhance HUMINT collection operations and operational planning.
• Employ an array of analytical methodologies to identify critical nodes within target networks and their relationships.
• Leverage the multi-INT community to support targeting efforts.
• Research and assess potential targets for HUMINT collection activities using unique HUMINT targeting methodologies.
• Produce Targeting Packages (TP) and utilize client systems and processes to receive field-generated requests and track production status.
• Conduct analysis using key intelligence databases, including Think Analyze Connect (TAC), Terrorist Identify Datamart Environment (TIDE), SIGINT databases, Managed Attribution Systems (MAS), Quantum Leap Intelligence Exchange (QLIXs), KaCHING, Palantir, and other investigative databases.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range : $105,000 – $118,000 annually

The listed pay range is intended as a general guideline and does not represent a guaranteed salary. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including the role’s responsibilities, the candidate’s education, experience, and skill set, internal equity, market data, and applicable laws or agreements.
