Job Summary

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients, patients, and residents. Your responsibilities will include :

• Planning, organizing, and delivering tailored physical therapy programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent deformities.
• Conducting thorough examinations and evaluations for individuals affected by injury or disease.
• Utilizing advanced tools and techniques to administer effective physical therapy interventions.
• Documenting patient information and establishing therapeutic plans, modifying them as necessary.
• Educating clients and their families about treatment plans and self-exercises for home continuation.
• Incorporating current research into daily treatment practices.
• Demonstrating flexibility with variable work schedules and assignments.
• Participating in departmental activities to promote the Good Samaritan Society and Sanford Health.
• Supervising assistants, aides, and students in providing care and treatment.
• Providing ongoing education and training to peers in your areas of expertise.

Your focus may include working with individuals in post-acute, long-term care, and home health care environments based on facility needs.
