Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Provide specialized speech-language pathology services in a K-12 school setting located in Cypress, TX, for the upcoming school year 20252026. This full-time, contract position focuses on supporting students with communication challenges to help them achieve their fullest potential.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments and provide therapy for students experiencing speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation compliant with district and state requirements
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision-making
Qualifications :
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required for SLPs and Clinical Fellows)Valid Texas SLP license or eligibility for licensureASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows will receive supportSLPA applicants must hold current Texas licensureDemonstrated passion for working with school-aged children in an educational environmentLocation :
