Lead Editor – FME Studios

FME Studios is seeking a highly skilled Lead Editor to join our fast-paced creative team - in-house, in-person - in Indianapolis, IN. This role requires both creative storytelling ability and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with quick turnarounds. The Lead Editor will collaborate closely with directors, producers, and motion designers to craft engaging video content across commercial, branded, and corporate projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the editing process from rough cut to final delivery, ensuring creative vision and quality standards are met.
• Organize, manage, and maintain project files, timelines, and assets.
• Collaborate with producers and creative directors to meet deadlines in a fast-turn environment.
• Provide input on storytelling, pacing, and overall creative execution.
• Ensure color, sound, and graphics integrate seamlessly across deliverables.
