Morling & Company is a modern, client-focused tax, accounting, and business consulting firm with roots in the San Francisco Bay Area. We're expanding our presence with a satellite office in Fort Myers, Florida, and looking for a skilled Senior Tax Accountant to help build our growing team.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
  • Conducting tax research and assisting in proactive tax planning strategies.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior staff in tax compliance and planning processes.
  • Collaborating closely with managers and partners to deliver exceptional client service and help grow the office.

Who You Are :

  • CPA or actively pursuing certification, with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experienced in preparing and reviewing corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable commuting regularly to our Fort Myers office within a flexible hybrid work schedule.
