Robotic Weld Operator  📍 Location :

  • Waukegan 🕐 Shift : 2nd shift 3 : 30PM - 2 : 00AM Monday - Thursday 💲 Pay : $17 - $25 / hour based on experience  ✨ Full Benefits Package 🌐 Bilingual (Spanish) preferred 🔎 Ludlow uses E-Verify to confirm work eligibility in the U.S.   Summary We are seeking a skilled Robotic Welder to operate robotic welding equipment.
  • This role includes loading and unloading materials, monitoring weld quality, and ensuring products meet customer specifications.
  • Essential Duties & Responsibilities Load, unload, and operate robotic welding systems to meet production requirements.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
  • Operate tools and measuring equipment, such as grinders and calipers.
  • Monitor weld quality to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
  • Accurately record production data in the ERP system.
  • Follow company quality and safety policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Demonstrate integrity, teamwork, and a strong work ethic while supporting a respectful workplace culture.

Qualifications Required :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Robotic welding experience or completion of a 4-year program at an accredited robotic welding institution.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading.
  • Knowledge of weld symbols.

    • Preferred :

  • Experience in metal fabrication.
  • Language Skills Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, product specifications, data sheets, and procedure manuals.
