Expected pay for this position is $46.05 - $61.02 / hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

Overview

POSITION SUMMARY :

The Director of Support Services provides strategic and operational leadership for the Support Services division, ensuring a clean, safe, and orderly medical center environment that meets infection control and regulatory standards. This role oversees infrastructure and operations related to medical communication systems and is accountable for the timely and efficient transport of patients throughout the facility to support departmental productivity. The Director also leads financial planning and forecasting for the division, ensuring alignment with accreditation requirements and organizational goals.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

Education :

  • Bachelors in Management, healthcare or related field

Experience :

  • Experience working in hospital facility, including knowledge of hospital throughput, operations, and division standards in order to effectively oversee and direct services within the division
  • 3 years progressively more responsible related work experience in leadership
  • Technical and analytical skills necessary to analyze problems, develop corrective measures, and implement action; gather and analyze financial data, estimate manpower, materials and equipment needs, develop policies and procedures, and evaluate new material and equipment.
  • Other skills / knowledge :

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

    Education :

  • Master's degree in management, healthcare or other related field
