We are looking for a highly organized part-time Office Assistant to join a team in Browns Mills, New Jersey. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a long-term contract position with the potential for future conversion, offering 10-20 hours per week of on-site work.
Responsibilities :
- Manage clerical tasks such as document scanning, filing, and organizing digital folders.
- Answer and direct inbound calls in an efficient and courteous manner.
- Assist with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Coordinate the return and tracking of packages as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with team members.
- Schedule and participate in virtual meetings using tools like Zoom.
- Support the team with general office tasks to enhance productivity.
- Adhere to company policies and ensure confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar office or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with Zoom for virtual collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling clerical duties.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- All candidates are required to undergo a 7-year review process and possibly a credit check.
