Product Management Leader

We are seeking a dynamic, highly technical Product Management leader to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will interact closely with customers, architects, technologists, partners and cross-functional teams to define and deliver competitive and complete silicon-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations :

This position will drive customer engagements, design wins, growth, product and business planning activities for our PCIe Connectivity Solutions. Responsibilities include :

• Define detailed product roadmaps, requirements and features prioritized to optimally meet customer requirements, market needs and position competitively.
• Drive Collaboration with Microchip cross-functional teams and managing the products from concept, through the planning cycle and timely production ramp and delivery to customers.
• Lead in-depth customer engagements, working closely with them on roadmap development, proof of concepts, reference designs and system level solutions.
• Develop and maintain a winning strategy, backed up by in-depth understanding of market and technology trends, competitive landscape, market segments, customer priorities and behaviors.
• Collaborate and support go-to-market teams, sales, field support teams, marketing.
• Present at all levels of the organization including executives.

The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in California, is $150,000 - $265,000. Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
