Position Description :
- Location : 100% onsite in Winchester
- Experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 diagnostics and troubleshooting hardware and software
- Familiarity with PC, Laptop, and Thin Client devices
- Experience in documenting operating procedures and ticket notation
- Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Asset Management & Inventory Control experience : scanning, updating, tracking, collection, and management of NF assets
- Perform employee moves, including equipment tear-downs, installations, and cable management
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
