Financial Care Representative

A company is looking for a Financial Care Representative in Patient Access-Registration.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with customers to provide exceptional service and address inquiries regarding billing and collections

Establish payment arrangements, process transactions, and manage correspondence and documentation

Maintain compliance with HIPAA and meet productivity and quality assurance measures

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience

One year of experience in healthcare billing, medical insurance, or finance

Minimum of two years of customer service experience required

Knowledge of basic accounting and patient financial practices

Technical school or college education in health information programs is desired
