Leasing Consultant (Hiring Immediately)

fellow leasing consultants, and facilities maintenance team members who strive to provide exemplary customer service to our residents and clients.

Compensation :

$47,000 - $53,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Respond promptly to inbound phone calls, emails, and other communications from potential residents, delivering engaging, customer-focused, and sales-driven information that highlights the property's unique value proposition.
• Proactively follow up with all prospects in a timely manner to maintain a minimum 35% closing ratio, using effective lead conversion techniques and a goal-oriented sales approach.
• Accurately track all leasing leads and interactions in the propertys CRM system (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio) and produce detailed daily and weekly leasing reports that reflect sales pipeline progress, conversions, and performance-based metrics.
• Conduct professional, persuasive apartment tours that focus on needs-based selling, answer questions confidently, and highlight competitive advantages based on ongoing market research and knowledge of the Pittsburgh rental market.
• Process all leasing paperwork efficiently, including applicant screenings, credit checks, and lease documentation, ensuring compliance and a smooth sales-to-lease conversion.
• Prepare keys, welcome packets, and all necessary materials for efficient move-in and move-out coordination, reinforcing a hospitality-driven approach and positive resident experience.
• Regularly conduct market research to stay informed on local competitor pricing, availability, and promotions to support effective positioning strategies.
• Handle general administrative office duties, including scheduling appointments, preparing units for showings, assisting with resident inquiries, and supporting the property manager with property operations and sales initiatives.
